Future technology for a cleaner environment

We print our decors on paper bleached without the use of chlorine. The paper is made of regenerative wood or wood waste, thus saving on fossil resources. Impregnation and lacquer systems are water-based and free of hazardous heavy metals and any other harmful substances. Our range comprises a large number of products that are manufactured using lacquers with no formaldehyde content.

All waste products which occur during the manufacture of our products are environmentally compatible and can be recycled harmlessly.

Residual materials are used in the company’s own special plant to meet its in-house energy requirements. Integration of innovative technologies ensures that this process is well within the statutory regulations for air quality.

We are the first company in our sector in invest in environmentally friendly biological flue-air purification system for downstream treatment of all our production flue air. Micro-organisms break down the harmful contents of flue air. Large quantities of fossil fuel are saved because additional fuels are not required for the treatment process.

Commitment to the environment is part of our corporate philosophy. In this context, we are currently working on solutions for the water circulation cycle necessary in the production process. The planned measures will allow us to cut down our annual use of water by several million litres.
