TECOLINE Speed - Just in time!

TECOLINE Speed offers you a special service within our established quality range of melamine edgebandings. This specially selected collection includes edges matching to most common melamine faced chipboards and our standard TECOFOIL finish foils.
You receive TECOLINE Speed edges just in time, in small batches and in the determined quality.

  • Delivery: within 4 days ex works following order placement or on defined shipment days (Europe + worldwide)
  • Supply volume: 150 m˛ to 900 m˛.
    You receive orders above 900 m˛ per decor in standard delivery time.
  • Validity: until May 2010
  • Edge thickness: bigger than 0.3 mm
  • Width: 18 to 635 mm
  • Roll length: 300 to 550 m
  • Internal roll diameter: 150 mm
  • Pre-gluing: on request with hotmelt (delivery time + 1 day)
  • Light fastness: at least 6 on the International Wool Scale, DIN EN ISO 105-BO2
  • Application: as softforming and as straight edge for lamination on chipboards, MDF, solid wood etc.
  • Packing: slitted, packed in boxes on pallets; more than 81 mm width on pallets packed
  • Storage: cool and dry in original packaging (approx. 20°C, 55 – 65 % air humidity) 6 months

TECOLAM T40 - High abrasive wrapping foil for transition rails

  • High abrasive wrapping foil meeting AC3 (2000 turns) and AC1 (1000 turns).
  • Full wrapping of transition rails is possible. Milling of the material can be left out. Reduced losses.
  • Full lacquer finish.
  • Bright wood pattern without any milky effects.
  • Matching designs and colours to laminate floors and skirting boards.
  • Individual designs are obtainable in 635 mm width and from 1000 m˛.
    Combination of prints with the corresponding skirting board foil is possible.
  • Excellent flexibility – radii from 1-2 mm.
  • Good chemical resistance.
  • Good gluability with existing glue systems.
  • Processing on profile wrapping lines.
