CORULAN

  • CORULAN is a laminatable finish surface from BauschLinnemann that has a fantastic print quality, a haptic finish that is pleasant to the touch and AC3 friction values.
  • CORULAN is used as in flooring for home, caravan and real estate applications.
  • The special feature lies in uniform decorative design for the diverse areas of application. Flooring, identical matching transition strips and skirtings, as well as panels are manufactured in a single colour-coordinated and harmonized decorative design.
  • The Brilliance decor is another new feature despite AC3 friction values because no overlay is used for the CORULAN finish surface. This means that the decorative design is not subject to greying and hence provides improved design quality.
  • The special finish lacquer also ensures an exceptionally pleasant haptic feeling with warm touch.
  • The substrate for this surface is provided by light-fast specialist papers which are printed in solid colours or with woodgrain and fantasy designs, impregnated with duroplastic resins and lacquered.
  • Compared with the use of DPL (Direct Pressure Laminate) or PDL (Printed Direct Laminate) this reduces not only costs but also production time. Buying in overlay, resins, etc. and the associated colour/quality control and maturing time for the product are all eliminated.

You require wrapping foils in established finish quality, in your design, from 1.000 m² – but in record time? No problem with our add-on system TECOFOIL Modular! You pass on your decor sample to us and we check the technical feasibility with our predefined options. Without colour matching, we can deliver your design within 8
working days after receipt of your order.

Here are your options:
1. Paper quality
Base papers up to approx. 80 g/m²
2. Decor printing
Your individual sample is reproduced using existing cylinders without sampling.
3. Impregnation
Wrapping quality for profiles, wall panels, skirtings, etc. Suitable for radiuses from 1 mm.
4. Lacquering
Different gloss levels available – from mat to satin gloss.
5. Embossing or structure
Chemical embossing or pearl structure.
6. Tailoring
In 635 mm width.

TECOLINE Speed offers you a special service within our established quality range of melamine edgebandings. This specially selected collection includes edges matching to most common melamine faced chipboards and our standard TECOFOIL finish foils.
You receive TECOLINE Speed edges just in time, in small batches and in the determined quality.

TECOLAM T40 - High abrasive wrapping foil for transition rails

  • High abrasive wrapping foil meeting AC3 (2000 turns) and AC1 (1000 turns).
  • Full wrapping of transition rails is possible. Milling of the material can be left out. Reduced losses.
  • Full lacquer finish.
  • Bright wood pattern without any milky effects.
  • Matching designs and colours to laminate floors and skirting boards.
  • Individual designs are obtainable in 635 mm width and from 1000 m².
    Combination of prints with the corresponding skirting board foil is possible.
  • Excellent flexibility – radii from 1-2 mm.
